Shipping, Cancellations, & Returns

Processing time takes 5-7 business days depending on your order size. Shipping is sent via USPS priority mail with a tracking number included. In order to reduce our environmental impact, we often re-use materials from shipments we have received. Once your package is dropped off at the post office, what happens next is no longer in our care or control. Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and we do not reship orders that have been marked as “delivered”. Should an event like this occur, you must file a missing mail claim with the carrier.
We do not accept cancellations due to our production process timeframe. Our products are handmade to order in small batches.

We only offer returns in the event that an item has been broken during shipment. If you have received a product that has been damaged, send us an email immediately. Please include photos of the item exactly as it was received, and the box it was shipped in. You will be refunded if you provide all of the above within 48 hours of your package being delivered. If it has been over 48 hours since delivery, you will not be refunded.
Safety Disclaimers
Please do not microwave or place in the dishwasher any ceramics listing as having been coated with gold or pearl lusters.
